“Science meets industry” – transfer meeting of NRP 70 and 71 with CleantechAlps

At the transfer meeting at EPFL in Neuchâtel, representatives of CleantechAlps, the cluster to promote clean technologies in Western Switzerland, and NRP 70 and 71 held a seminar under the banner of knowledge transfer. After the welcome by Jean-Nathanaël Karakash, State Councillor of the Canton of Neuchâtel, the researchers presented practice-oriented results and products from six selected projects in the areas of networks, photovoltaics, materials, market and energy behaviour.

The meeting was also to promote exchange and dialogue between representatives of science and companies in order to take the pulse of the spheres of activity in the economy that are influenced by the energy turnaround. With its extensive network in Western Switzerland, CleantechAlps also supports the distribution of the research results in terms of a transfer of practice into industry.
